Yuno's services help you coordinate and communicate with a health care provider. They do not replace your relationship with your own physician and may not be right for every condition. If you have a medical emergency, call your doctor or dial 911 immediately.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and YUNO LABS, LLC  ("yuno," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of https://yunorx.com/, its subdomains, and any affiliated app (together, the "Sites") and the services offered through them (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Sites or Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites or Services. We may update these Terms at any time; changes take effect when posted, and your continued use means you accept them.

yuno is a technology platform. We do not provide medical care. Health care services are provided by independent providers employed by or contracted with Beluga Health, P.A. and similar affiliated professional entities. Using the Services does not create a provider-patient relationship with yuno. Except for communications from your provider, nothing on the Sites is medical advice. Use of the Services also constitutes acceptance of Bask Health Inc.'s platform and its privacy policy (bask.health, bask.bio).

By providing your number or opting in, you consent to transactional and (where you opt in) marketing messages from yuno about your account and the Services. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. Text and email are not encrypted and may be intercepted; if you choose to send or receive health or other sensitive information this way, you do so at your own risk. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of using the Services.

Payment
You agree to pay all fees for Services you request and authorize us, our affiliates, or our payment processors to charge your payment method. Your payments may include fees we collect on behalf of health care organizations or providers. Federal and state health care programs such as Medicare and Medicaid do not cover the Services; you pay directly, and neither yuno nor its affiliated providers will bill any such program. Where you enroll in a recurring or membership offering, fees are billed automatically until you cancel and, once paid, are non-refundable except as required by law.

Pharmacy Services
If you receive a prescription, you may have it filled through YUNO LABS, LLC. or a partner pharmacy (the "yuno Pharmacy Network"). You consent to our sharing your information and health care records with the yuno Pharmacy Network so you can receive pharmacy services. You acknowledge that medication may not be shipped in child-resistant packaging and that you must keep it out of the reach of children.

Acceptable Use
You may use the Sites only for your own personal, non-commercial use and in compliance with these Terms. You agree not to: violate any law; infringe anyone's rights; impersonate any person or entity; upload viruses or malicious code; reverse engineer, scrape, copy, resell, or build a competing or derivative product from the Sites; interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Sites or their security; or remove any proprietary notices. We may deny or suspend access to anyone for any reason.

Intellectual Property
Yuno (or its licensors) owns all rights in the Sites and their content, features, and functionality, including all trademarks, logos, and other materials. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of the Sites except as ordinarily permitted through their normal use. Any feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation. Personal data you submit is handled under our Privacy Policy and applicable health-privacy laws (including HIPAA).

Third-Party Links
The Sites may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.

Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITES AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YUNO AND ITS AFFILIATES, PROVIDERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ("RELATED PERSONS") DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, SECURITY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. YOU USE THE SITES AND ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER YUNO NOR ITS RELATED PERSONS OR LICENSORS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITES OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless yuno, its affiliates, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Sites, your violation of these Terms or any law, or your fraud or willful misconduct.

Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Sites. You may stop using the Sites at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice. The sections on Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law and Arbitration survive termination.

Governing Law and Binding Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES YOU AND YUNO TO RESOLVE DISPUTES THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND LIMITS HOW YOU CAN SEEK RELIEF.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration in New York, New York under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may bring an intellectual-property claim or seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. The courts located in New York, New York have exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any such claim. If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will stay in effect.
